Tourism Complaint and Suggestion Coordination Centre

         The Tourism Complaint and Suggestion Coordination Centre under the Office of the Governor was established to be a centre of the organisation to receive information about tourists’ complaints and suggestions from all TAT channels. These complaints and suggestions are receiver from tourists to acknowledge, coordinate and send to the respective internal departments and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports for consideration and processing with the relevant matters.
